PoseidonWall is an “easy to use” acoustic electronic deterrent device. Through effective algorithms PoseidonWall is able to avoid cetacean depredation and by-catch. The device activates automatically in contact with water, and thanks to its long-range rechargeable lithium batteries can emit ultrasounds for several hours and days, depending on the established program. Batteries can be recharged with an accessory separately supplied. The device is suitable for dolphins, killer whales and all toothed whales.

These animals autonomously move away from the PoseidonWall. In reverse, ultrasounds have no effect on fishes since they physically can’t, like us humans, reach these frequencies. Its tapered shape has been carefully studied to avoid being entangled into equipping fishing gears.

PoseidonWall is solidly built to withstand depths up to 500 meters.
